Therapeutic Services

Discovery Calls

Discovery Calls are intended to explore whether our services are appropriate for your needs.

A Discovery Call does not establish a therapeutic relationship and should not be relied upon as therapeutic advice.

We reserve the right to decline services where we believe another practitioner or service would be more appropriate.

Programs and Memberships

Where you enrol in one of our programs or become a member of The Adoptee Sanctuary, you agree to:

  • participate respectfully;

  • maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other participants;

  • not reproduce or distribute program materials;

  • use resources for your own personal development only.

Access to memberships or online resources may be suspended if these Terms are breached.

Payments

Payments for services and programs are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated:

  • payment is required prior to commencement of services;

  • payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule;

  • overdue payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the individual Client Agreement or Program Agreement applicable to the service you have purchased.

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not provided simply because you change your mind.

Where Lightfilled Women is unable to provide the agreed service, an alternative appointment, credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Client Agreements

Certain services require you to enter into a separate Client Agreement, Informed Consent or Service Agreement.

Where there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and your signed Client Agreement, the Client Agreement will prevail.

Testimonials

Testimonials published on this Website represent genuine experiences shared with permission.

Because every person’s circumstances are different, testimonials should not be interpreted as guarantees of future outcomes or results.
